本岗位负责美团全业务线的前端客户服务体系建设，致力于不断打造更优的服务体验，用科技提升体验，让服务更简单。我们的领域包括智能服务领域，人工服务领域，业务运营领域，数据可视化领域，通讯服务领域，近百系统共同形成服务体系，业务闭环。在这里可以和优秀的人一起建设行业Top的客户服务体系，打造业界最优的服务体验产品与工具。加入我们，你会负责以下多个方向： 1. 参与美团客户服务体系产品与工具的前端架构设计与开发落地，能够从体验、质量、性能、效率等多个维度持续优化产品； 2. 负责美团服务体验前端工程化工具的建设与迭代，并建立可量化的指标抓手，为系统保驾护航； 3. 深入了解美团服务体系内业务，能够根据业务特性与发展阶段做技术选型与技术演进； 4. 为其他工程师提供培训和指导，优化开发流程，保证代码质量。
