核心能力 计算机科学/数学/统计学硕士及以上在读，熟悉Transformer、BERT、GPT等大模型技术原理 熟练掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow框架，具备NLP/LLM算法项目经验 熟悉Prompt Engineering、模型微调（LoRA/P-tuning）等适配技术 对信贷风控业务存在兴趣 具备以下条件优先 参与过大模型相关研究or实习 在Kaggle、天池等平台有竞赛经验 有过强化学习项目相关经验
工作职责
参与信贷风控垂类大模型算法研发，探索LLM在风险评估、反欺诈、客户画像等场景的应用 基于业务数据构建垂域知识增强框架，优化风险预测、文本理解、决策推理等核心能力 开发面向金融场景的Prompt Engineering方案，提升模型对信贷政策的理解能力 研究大模型与传统风控模型（评分卡、GBDT等）的融合应用，构建混合智能风控系统，通过监督微调和强化学习持续提升模型识别能力 跟踪RAG、Agent等前沿技术，探索在贷前、贷中、贷后监控中的落地场景
