任职要求
1.有3年及以上相关工作经验，基础扎实，有技术热情，愿意持续学习； 2.熟练掌握Java及面向对象程序设计，熟悉网络编程、多线程编程、后台开发相关技术； 3.熟悉数据库原理、查询优化，熟悉RPC、分布式缓存、消息队列等构建大型互联网系统常见组件和设施的使用及原理，能够基于业务做合理选型和系统设计； 4.具备业务建模与系统架构能力，能独立完成系统架构设计并且并对落地； 5.善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力，有与产品、前端、移动端等多方密切配合的经验和意识； 具备以下条件优先 优先: 1.参与并主导商家系统建设优先； 2.参与并主导过业务中台建设优先； 3.参与并主导过三高（高并发、高可用、高性能）系统建设优先。 4.有大模型应用相关经验
工作职责
1.主导并参与美团商家平台后端服务架构、设计、核心功能开发、业务流程优化等工作； 2.对商家核心服务的架构升级、稳定性建设、业务流程优化等方面进行规划并推动落地； 3.负责技术难点调研和攻关，解决系统中关键的设计、技术、流程优化等问题。
