任职要求
1.有技术热情，有技术视野，追求卓越； 2.有3年及以上相关工作经验，拥有深度的计算机基础，具有良好的编码能力和编码风格，精通常用的数据结构及算法； 3.精通java语言、jvm、多线程并发、网络IO，精通分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等技术原理及细节； 4.关注新技术方向，习惯阅读英文资料，研究原理和细节，对各种工具和轮子有自己的见解； 5.具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力，优秀的团队协作精神；乐于分享传播，善于培养团队成员。 具备以下条件优先 1.参与并主导过业务中台建设优先； 2.参与并主导商家基础能力，如网关、触达、账号、权限相关领域优先； 3.参与并主导过三高（高并发、高可用、高性能）系统建设优先。
工作职责
1.主导并参与美团商家客户平台后端服务架构、设计、核心功能开发、业务流程优化等工作； 2.对商家客户核心服务的架构升级、稳定性建设、业务流程优化等方面进行规划并推动落地； 3.负责技术难点调研和攻关，解决系统中关键的设计、技术、流程优化等问题。
