工作职责


岗位职责:
1.品类管理:物流运营所需物资设备选型定型能力,会制作输出产品规格书验收标准等技术材料,根据业务发展需要,优化品类管理策略,并推动落地; 
2.物资/设备交付管理:负责事业部内部运营相关物资/设备等的采购需求对接、需求管理、备货、下单、到货追踪及验收、结算等全链路管理工作; 
3.流程/制度建设:根据业务发展需要,编制、优化物资/设备采购管理相关流程、制度、规范等; 
4.成本管理:负责物资相关系统数据库搭建、维护及更新、预算管理等;负责相关物料的成本基线建设,通过全链条通盘考虑/设计/优化来获取更优成本。

Job Responsibilities:
1.Category Management:
Responsible for selecting and standardizing materials and equipment required for logistics operations. Able to produce technical documents such as product specifications and acceptance criteria. Continuously optimize category management strategies in line with business development needs, and effectively drive their implementation.
2.Material/Equipment Delivery Management:
Manage the full procurement lifecycle for materials and equipment related to internal operations within the business unit. This includes coordinating procurement requests, managing demand, stock preparation, order placement, delivery tracking, acceptance inspection, and settlement.
3.Process/System Development:
Based on evolving business needs, develop, refine, and implement relevant processes, systems, and regulatory standards for the procurement and management of materials and equipment.
4.Cost Management:
Build, maintain, and update the materials-related system database. Oversee budget management and establish cost baselines. Drive cost optimization through comprehensive design, strategic planning, and full-chain integration.
