岗位职责： 1.品类管理：物流运营所需物资设备选型定型能力，会制作输出产品规格书验收标准等技术材料，根据业务发展需要，优化品类管理策略，并推动落地； 2.物资/设备交付管理：负责事业部内部运营相关物资/设备等的采购需求对接、需求管理、备货、下单、到货追踪及验收、结算等全链路管理工作； 3.流程/制度建设：根据业务发展需要，编制、优化物资/设备采购管理相关流程、制度、规范等； 4.成本管理：负责物资相关系统数据库搭建、维护及更新、预算管理等；负责相关物料的成本基线建设，通过全链条通盘考虑/设计/优化来获取更优成本。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Category Management: Responsible for selecting and standardizing materials and equipment required for logistics operations. Able to produce technical documents such as product specifications and acceptance criteria. Continuously optimize category management strategies in line with business development needs, and effectively drive their implementation. 2.Material/Equipment Delivery Management: Manage the full procurement lifecycle for materials and equipment related to internal operations within the business unit. This includes coordinating procurement requests, managing demand, stock preparation, order placement, delivery tracking, acceptance inspection, and settlement. 3.Process/System Development: Based on evolving business needs, develop, refine, and implement relevant processes, systems, and regulatory standards for the procurement and management of materials and equipment. 4.Cost Management: Build, maintain, and update the materials-related system database. Oversee budget management and establish cost baselines. Drive cost optimization through comprehensive design, strategic planning, and full-chain integration.

ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a Demand Planner to support demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization activities. 1. Demand Forecasting & Analysis Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans 2. Rider Supply & Shift Management Develop effective rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment Manage daily shift inventory to guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment Establish a real-time supply-demand monitoring mechanism to identify areas with insufficient or redundant supply and quickly respond to market changes, and dynamically adjust regional configuration and scheduling plans Adjust the fulfillment radius, expand the service boundary, or temporarily compress the operation area to ensure fulfillment in the core area 4. Strategy & Process Optimization Contribute to the design of onboarding policies, cross-zone dispatch logic, and shift release mechanisms Continuously optimize rider shift efficiency, activation rate, and fulfillment KPIs Design and run structured A/B tests and impact analysis for shift and supply policy refinements 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams to execute operational strategies Coordinate between 3PL partners and in-house fleets to adapt to real-time demand shocks

Supply Planning: Evaluate market demand and project progress; develop production and delivery plans; identify material supply risks to ensure readiness and on-time delivery. Procurement Execution: Place purchase orders and track supplier schedules; identify delivery risks and close supply-demand gaps. Logistics Management: Design and implement logistics solutions; optimize international logistics networks and warehouse layouts to improve efficiency. Customs Compliance: Coordinate with internal teams and customs brokers; adjust trade strategies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Regional Supply Chain Management: Oversee production allocation and demand fulfillment in overseas markets; manage inventory turnover and logistics networks, bridging global supply chain and regional operations.
