对细节敏感，能在压力环境下快速做出判断与调整

1. Demand Forecasting & Analysis Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans 2. Rider Supply & Shift Management Develop effective rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment Manage daily shift inventory to guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment Establish a real-time supply-demand monitoring mechanism to identify areas with insufficient or redundant supply and quickly respond to market changes, and dynamically adjust regional configuration and scheduling plans Adjust the fulfillment radius, expand the service boundary, or temporarily compress the operation area to ensure fulfillment in the core area 4. Strategy & Process Optimization Contribute to the design of onboarding policies, cross-zone dispatch logic, and shift release mechanisms Continuously optimize rider shift efficiency, activation rate, and fulfillment KPIs Design and run structured A/B tests and impact analysis for shift and supply policy refinements 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams to execute operational strategies Coordinate between 3PL partners and in-house fleets to adapt to real-time demand shocks
The Role The Supplier Operations Support team within Tesla plays pivotal role in shaping and improving upper stream supply chain excellence and contributing to the company's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Flawless and structured execution in the supply chain is crucial for efficient operations at Tesla's production facilities and ultimately enabling timely delivery of products to customers. As a Supplier Operations Specialist, you will need to ensure that suppliers provide accurate and timely advanced shipment notifications (ASNs), utilize approved packaging, compliant labels and consistent data, and adhere to Tesla's specifications throughout entire procure-to-pay process. Responsibility Manage a portfolio of suppliers, serving as the primary contact for questions and concerns related to shipment execution Develop process documentations and materials. Train and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they understand and comply with Tesla's requirements and standards Communicate with suppliers to root cause, resolve issues that impact Tesla’s operations efficiency and improve their ability to meet Tesla’s requirements. Conduct supply operations assessment at suppliers’ site before selection and during NPI phase to identify risk and improve their ability to meet Tesla’s requirement. Develop, deploy, measure and improve KPIs and create visibility within the supplier and with internal stakeholders on supplier performance and areas needing remediation and improvement. Lead projects incl. suppliers’ operations process improvement, mobile application optimization and deployment to improve overall compliance processes and generate consistent output and upstream supply chain data. Act as the point of contact for warehouse and receiving dock personnel to address and provide guidance on exceptions in Goods Receiving, ensuring a smooth and compliant process Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Material Planning, Inbound Logistics, Material Handling, Packaging, Quality, and Accounts Payable teams

Collaborating with origin and destination teams to solve issues/requests to secure selling partners' experience. 3. Handling problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshooting problem with no existing procedure or SOP with LSPs; evaluating compliance risks and escalates roadblocks. 4. Working on standardization and Kaizen among internal function partners to improve operation efficiency and service quality. 5. Act as the team process expert to co-work with stakeholders on process improvement and UAT Test for new features. 6. Taking additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and operation scope continue to expand. 7. Support new initiatives and new program to drive operational excellence in terms of speed and cost, service quality.
