工作职责
1. 供需预测与分析 基于历史订单数据与市场趋势，建立区域和时段的供需预测模型 识别高峰时段与潜在供给缺口，提前制定供给策略 1. Demand Forecasting & Analysis Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans 2. 骑手供给与排班管理 负责制定合理的骑手排班计划，实现供需高效匹配 管理日常排班库存，确保不同区域、时段的运力覆盖 2. Rider Supply & Shift Management Develop effective rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment Manage daily shift inventory to guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots 3. 实时监控与运营优化 建立实时供需监控机制，识别供给不足或冗余区域 快速响应市场变化，动态调整区域配置与排班计划 调整履约半径、扩大服务边界，或临时压缩运营区域，保障核心区域履约 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment Implement real-time dashboards to monitor live supply-demand balance React quickly to fluctuations by reassigning zones and shifts dynamically Dynamic resizing of delivery zones to protect service quality in core areas 4. 策略制定与流程优化 参与骑手上线规则、跨区域派单策略、库存释放机制等制度设计 优化骑手排班效率、上线率与履约率，提升整体运营表现 基于履约数据，推动 rider utilization、服务覆盖率的持续优化 4. Strategy & Process Optimization Contribute to the design of onboarding policies, cross-zone dispatch logic, and shift release mechanisms Continuously optimize rider shift efficiency, activation rate, and fulfillment KPIs Design and run structured A/B tests and impact analysis for shift and supply policy refinements 5. 跨部门协作 与市场、履约、数据等团队紧密协作，推动策略落地 协调3PL与自营骑手资源，灵活应对突发供需变化 5. 1、Monitor supply and delivery experience data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, analyze and identify regional or city supply issues, driving solutions through product or operational strategy measures. 2、Utilize incentive measures such as bonus and subsidies to increase rider activity, performance and rider retention rate. In scenarios with high demand pressure need to adjust the delivery distance and ETA (estimated time of arrival) as appropriate. 3、Improve the operational efficiency and reduce delivery costs by analyzing data, optimizing processes and solving problems. 4、Work with the product team and promote the launch of relevant supply operation product systems to improve product efficiency and advance intelligence in the process of supply utilization.

1. Analyze and regulate urban supply and demand dynamics to improve Keeta’s freelance’s operation and management capabilities in the Middle East. 2. Decompose objectives and deploy freelance capacity to ensure the overall experience and delivery costs of freelance’s targets are achieved. 3. Collaborate with back-office operations teams to advance the iterative upgrading of the freelance strategic capabilities; partner with 3PLs to empower freelance capacity recruitment. 4. Monitor daily operational data, promptly identify business issues, and drive problem-solving and strategy implementation.
- Drive product development across internal teams and external development/manufacturing partners as the Single Threaded Owner for Operations. - Develop manufacturing and supply chain strategies to meet product requirements. - Support product concept development as Operations lead. - Execute development builds by overseeing technical issue resolution and production schedule. - Regular written and verbal communication to Leadership. - Coordinate information flow across teams in support of manufacturing/operations. - Drive alignment of processes and initiatives throughout Device Operations organization. - Define and guide decisions on type of Variable Engagement Module (VEM) appropriate for the specific product, customer need, and launch schedule. - Bring in and incorporate industry best practices into the Product Operations group. - Travel as required to accomplish business needs.
