工作职责
1. 负责Keeta Ads全球客户增长和ARPU增长,支撑收入目标的达成,能有效拆解目标和执行路径 2. 分区域建立分层客户运营体系,协同销售,综合运用各种线上线下手段提升商家投广渗透 3. 深入研究不同区域的行业和客户,理解其预算分配逻辑,帮助其优化投放效果,提升ARPU 4. 协同销售,支持营销活动、年框、品牌广告售卖等常规客户商家运营活动 5. 建立有效的客户问题接收、排查和反馈机制,提升客户满意度
1、负责美团境外业务Keeta的广告产品运营工作,日常监控广告数据和广告转化数据,及时了解异动原因并产出原因分析,整体为广告商家渗透率、广告收入负责。 2、日常对接BD管理商业化产品需求,落地广告产品市场调研与分析,结合业务发展阶段,能够制定广告渗透策略,商家营销策略,设计可落地的营销方案。 3、与产品、产研团队紧密合作,推动需求&策略在各环节的有效执行,保障策略从制定到落地的闭环管理。
1、负责美团境外业务Keeta的广告产品工作,结合境外商家的特点与需求,优化当前广告产品的能力,为最终商家渗透率、广告收入负责。 2、负责产品的需求分析和功能设计,与研发团队紧密合作进行产品开发,确保产品的质量和交付进度。 3、通过收集市场信息、洞察客户投放广告的诉求以及对业务相关产品进行监控及数据分析,协同相关团队,共同推动商业产品的迭代与创新。
1. Designing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, search engines) to attract potential couriers in designated markets. 2. Collaborating with local teams to tailor recruitment strategies to regional needs and cultural nuances. 3. Analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine targeting and budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities: Own and develop the brand’s voice and tone across Arabic and English content. Write compelling, clear, and on-brand copy for a variety of channels: campaigns, social media, digital ads, website, emails, push notifications, and more. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Localize global messaging to fit regional nuances without losing impact or clarity. Ensure consistency in brand language, grammar, and storytelling across all touchpoints. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that fuel growth and engagement. Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging language—both in Arabic and English. Stay ahead of trends in culture, language, marketing, and food-tech to keep Keeta’s communication fresh and relevant.
