美团User Research Intern-Doha
任职要求
1. English as the working language and native Arabic speaker or proficient in Arabic. 2. Based in Qatar: Strong understanding of the local culture and user habits. (Preferably have long-term living experience in Qatar.) 3. Currently enrolled in or recently completed courses, certification, or degree in psychology, marketing, business or related fields. 4. Proactive attitude, excellent learning ability, able to adapt to a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment, and good logical thinking. 5. Must be eligible to work in Qatar without sponsorship during the internship period.
工作职责
1. Deeply understand the local user needs, consumption habits, behavior preferences, etc. in Qatar via conducting user research projects, diagnosing business problems through professional research methods. 2. Assist with multidimensional analysis projects from aspects of user targeting, user behavior, and user scenarios, and propose improvement opportunities for business & services based on the research. 3. Conduct industry analysis and share market insights to inform relevant strategies.
1. Conduct local market research, including desktop research, consumer insights interview, merchants interviews. 2. Process and analyze data, generate insights and produce market research reports.

① 协助完成跨境电商相关业务的B端用户研究工作,挖掘产品体验痛点及优化机会点; ② 协助完成跨境电商相关业务的行业市场/趋势研究、C端消费者研究,赋能产品规划方向; ③ 研究内容包括但不限于:行业研究、问卷调研、商家访谈、用户画像/体验研究、产品数据追踪等,在指导下输出研究报告。
