工作职责
What You'll Do 1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns in KSA based on business needs and local marketing trends; 2. Independently manage end-to-end operational tasks for marketing campaigns, including proposal planning, material design, merchant recruitment, and execution; 3.Track campaign performance, analyze results and adjust operational tactics to ensure core KPIs are achieved; 4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, B-side delivery, product) to enhance operational efficiency.
1.Manage business indicator systems aligned with user-side objectives, establish and iteratively improve weekly/monthly operational monitoring frameworks to drive goal achievement. 2.Conduct deep-dive analyses (data analytics, user research, market studies) on critical business challenges, delivering actionable strategic recommendations. 3.Partner with operations teams to analyze subsidy campaigns, promotions, and traffic strategies through A/B testing and impact evaluation, ensuring effective implementation. 4.Oversee data product requirements (data extraction, dashboard development, tag mining), coordinate with R&D teams to manage implementation risks.
1.Monitor real-time data conversion efficiency across on/off-platform channels, diagnose performance fluctuation causes, and drive strategy optimization to ensure DAU growth and homepage conversion rates. 2.Oversee demand management for traffic-related products (home page, search, recommendation, transactions, push notifications), coordinate R&D implementation, and mitigate launch risks. 3.Propose differentiated traffic allocation strategies that align with business objectives.
1. Develop different subsidy strategies based on the user lifecycle, build and iterate operational tools, and achieve business objectives. 2. Independently execute operational plans, conduct data analysis, and review and optimize experimental initiatives. 3. Collaborate with BA, PM, and R&D teams to coordinate resources and drive the implementation of operational strategies and product launches. 4. Monitor competitors and identify business growth opportunities through market research and data analysis.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Player-centric: Collect and analyze player feedback and public opinion to gain in-depth insights into player motivations and logical thinking, then output relevant information for communication within the product. 2. Synthesize information from multiple channels to produce public opinion reports. 3. Identify abnormal public opinion and promote necessary follow-up actions. 4. Extract user pain points, demands & related motivations from public opinion. Consolidate and synchronize such insights as required. 5. Conduct online interviews on designated topics. 6. Maintain user reach channels such as online groups.
