工作职责


Job Responsibilities:  
1. Player-centric: Collect and analyze player feedback and public opinion to gain in-depth insights into player motivations and logical thinking, then output relevant information for communication within the product.  
2. Synthesize information from multiple channels to produce public opinion reports.  
3. Identify abnormal public opinion and promote necessary follow-up actions. 
4. Extract user pain points, demands & related motivations from public opinion. Consolidate and synchronize such insights as required.  
5. Conduct online interviews on designated topics.  
6. Maintain user reach channels such as online groups.
