Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for handling printer-related software and hardware issues both online and offline to ensure stable device operation. 2. Assist in printer product integration and implementation, participate in function testing, record and feedback product issues, and promote product optimization. 3. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams across departments to ensure smooth communication and project progress. 4. Maintain product user manuals and internal knowledge bases, assist in preparing training materials, and participate in training activities. 5. Learn and understand the overall order-taking solutions in the restaurant industry, including printers, API interfaces, and mobile app order-taking methods, to enhance professional competence. 6. Participate in the analysis and special tackling of complex problems, promoting the implementation of technical solutions. 7. The Role We are seeking an audio-visual engineer with excellent self-motivation to participate in the design, construction, and unified maintenance of the company's existing and future audio-visual systems. The position is based at the Tesla Gigafactory in Shanghai and will provide support for China and the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires outstanding organizational and coordination skills to advance and complete relevant audio-visual projects within specified timelines, organize and coordinate on-site activities such as meetings and live streams, anticipate and respond to potential emergencies during events, and effectively collaborate with other company departments or partners to achieve objectives.
