Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of printers or related hardware products, and willingness to deeply understand industry solutions.
3. Native Portuguese speaker, with basic English working proficiency (able to read, write, and communicate in English).
4. Proficient in basic software, with clear and organized documentation skills.
5. Strong planning and execution skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; able to independently analyze and promote solutions.
6. Teamwork spirit and strong initiative; able to participate in and organize small projects.
7. Goal-oriented mindset, able to set work objectives and continuously follow up to ensure real problem-solving for each restaurant client.
8. Strong interest in technical support and industry solutions, and willingness to develop continuously in the direction of order-taking solution operations.

Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for handling printer-related software and hardware issues both online and offline to ensure stable device operation. 2. Assist in printer product integration and implementation, participate in function testing, record and feedback product issues, and promote product optimization. 3. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams across departments to ensure smooth communication and project progress. 4. Maintain product user manuals and internal knowledge bases, assist in preparing training materials, and participate in training activities. 5. Learn and understand the overall order-taking solutions in the restaurant industry, including printers, API interfaces, and mobile app order-taking methods, to enhance professional competence. 6. Participate in the analysis and special tackling of complex problems, promoting the implementation of technical solutions. 7. • Understand the toB business deeply and conduct comprehensive strategy analysis by combining internal and external data. • Provide critical analysis support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational decisions. • Proactively obtain market, industry, and competitor information through various channels. • Establish and continuously improve analysis systems for tracking market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. • Based on the established analysis framework, define data product requirements. • Collaborate effectively with relevant teams (e.g., technology development) to design a business analysis evaluation system focused on business model health. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and core operation monitoring indicators (e.g., merchant lifecycle funnel, capacity, transaction contribution). • Complete operational projections, indicator analysis, and attribution analysis.
Position Overview Focus on end-to-end management of business operations data, leading the cleansing and alignment of multi-source business data (user behavior, product metrics, channel effectiveness, etc.) with financial data to build a structured foundational data system. Provide quantitative support for operational strategy optimization through in-depth analysis of business actions and data characteristics. Core Responsibilities Business-Finance Data Integration & Cleansing ꔷ Develop standardized rules for business data, perform cross-system data cleansing (e.g., user growth, order transactions), mapping, and structured storage. ꔷ Design business data flow diagrams, establish unified naming conventions and operational standards to enable efficient data retrieval. Business Analysis Support ꔷ Build data analysis models (e.g., ROI, user segmentation/persona) aligned with business objectives, and deliver actionable insights for operational strategy improvement. ꔷ Monitor core business metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention rate), and produce periodic root-cause analysis reports on data fluctuations. Cross-Department Collaboration ꔷ Collaborate with finance teams to calibrate business data, translating operational actions (e.g., promotions) into quantifiable revenue/cost impacts. ꔷ Partner with product and marketing teams to design data tracking solutions, ensuring comprehensive data collection.
When P1 or P0 incidents are raised, you will provide support coverage, coordinating both IS&T problem-solving functions as well as in-the-moment business recovery tactics simultaneously. You will host recurring reviews with business partners, product owners, and technical teams, focusing on recent incidents and projects, while driving change to build additional fault tolerance within our tools and systems. Your exceptional analytical skills will support proactive identification of issues before being reported by our business partners or customers.
