工作职责
1.Courier Strategy Lead or assist in designing courier subsidy strategies within budget requirements; 2.Optimize execution efficiency Improve the collaboration process design with other departments to optimize execution efficiency and effectiveness; 3.Data Analysis & Problem Diagnosis Monitor and analyze key operational metrics related to Courier Strategy, promptly detect anomalies, and identify root causes. Translate analytical insights into actionable improvement recommendations, and drive strategy to implement corrective actions and continuous optimization. 4.Key Strategy Support & Risk Management Provide dedicated follow-up for key strategy or those facing operational risks, participate in designing improvement plans, and track execution results. Summarize typical cases and best practices to continuously refine the methodology for Courier Strategy. Basic Requirements for Job
1. responsible for logistic operations management, particularly in the management of different fleet model like freelancers and 3pl. 2. develop and implement operational plans to improve logistic capacities, courier quality, dispatch strategies and courier efficiency to keep high service quality with high efficiency. 3. design and implement new business model of the fleet from 0 to 1, driving the growth of D-end business. 4. 1. Develop 3PL partners and expand the number of partners and riders based on delivery demand in each city. 2. Enhance partners’ operational capabilities through training and communication to ensure better understanding of our company policies and strategies. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country. 4. Ensure 100% compliance of 3PL partners and their riders with company policies and standards. 5. Collaborate closely with product teams to optimize processes and tools used by 3PL partners. 6. Work with the operations team to design and manage incentive and penalty programs for 3PL partners, aiming to achieve business objectives such as hiring targets and improved user experience. 7. Take ownership of assigned partners and regions to achieve goals related to rider recruitment, operations, management, and user satisfaction. 8. Manage the exit process for underperforming partners who do not meet company requirements. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager within the department.
