任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,5年以上工作经验,有物流/O2O/灵活用工领域定价策略经验者优先;

负责加盟骑手的薪资定价、调度及管控策略工作,具体方向包括 1.预算管理与成本管控:根据经营规划,制定并执行整体预算分配,通过制定骑手的成本预算,与上下游商分各模块策略建立联动机制保障履约成本可控; 2.骑手质量与收入研究:研究竞争环境下的骑手收入预期与行为动因,量化不同收入/目标对骑手行为及结构影响,归因行为变化关键因子,为业务迭代提供决策模型; 3.日常经营分析、策略分析:输出定期经营分析报告与策略复盘,及时发现及定位问题,围绕目标进行输出业务规划。 4.骑手定价策略设计:负责3PL骑手定价体系搭建,主导骑手定价结构、水平及具体策略设计; 5.骑手管控规则及调度策略协同:根据加盟阶段性业务目标,协同平台调度、管控策略,实现适合加盟骑手的调度及管控要求。
1)Design spatial capacity strategies for 3PL partners across delivery zones, using demand forecasting and SLA optimization. 2)Build preemptive buffering systems for volatility scenarios, enabling rapid response to supply-demand shocks. 3)Spatiotemporal Scheduling Strategy: Develop intelligent capacity scheduling frameworks across time-space dimensions, outputting optimized scheduling targets to 3PL partners. 4)Imbalance Scenario Engine Design: Build resilience mechanisms for critical supply-demand gaps. 岗位职责: 1. 建立和优化供需预测机制和能力,设计合理的排班运营策略,并与商考核密切联动,牵引合作商做功、保障骑手出勤; 2. 结合巴西当地场景,设计供需失衡场景运力运营策略和机制,保障压力场景运力出勤; 3. 联动一线团队,设计并优化排班运营流程和SOP,提升策略运营效率。
1.Responsible for formulating and implementing the stratification plan for 3PL. Cooperate fully with the business analysis, product, frontline and other teams to ensure accurate and clear characterization of partners and a reasonable structure. 2. Based on the stratification of 3PL, build a systematic rights and interests incentive program. Through reasonable and efficient positive and negative incentive measures, achieve the survival of the fittest among partners, and continuously maintain the partner structure in line with the development requirements of the platform. 3. Responsible for formulating and implementing the medium - and long-term development strategies for partners. Be able to work with frontline teams to continuously help high-quality partners develop to a reasonable scale, achieving a win-win situation between partner revenue and the platform. 1. 负责制定并落地国际化外卖配送业务合作商的分层方案,与商分、产品、一线等团队充分配合,保证对合作商的刻画准确、清晰,结构合理; 2. 基于配送业务合作商分层,建设体系化的的权益激励方案,并通过合理高效的正、负向激励手段,实现合作商优胜劣汰,持续保持合作商结构符合平台发展的要求; 3. 负责合作商中长期发展策略的制定与落地,能够联动一线团队,持续帮助优质合作商发展至合理规模,实现合作商收入与平台共赢
1. 制定并持续完善骑手线下督导SOP,涵盖抽检流程、检查清单、评估标准和奖惩机制。依据客户投诉率、客户满意度、骑手服务准时率、装备合规率及安全事故等核心指标,规划并设计区域抽检计划并组织督导实施。 2. 现场核查督导工作情况,包括骑手对履约SOP、服务话术、行为规范、着装礼仪及安全操作的执行情况,进行评分、指导与现场纠偏。 3. 确保政府及平台合规要求(证件审核、安全防护、装备佩戴)得到有效落地,配合执法与稽查,维护运营合规底线,确保骑手符合本地劳动法规和平台安全标准。 4. 汇总分析督导数据、客户与骑手反馈,产出周度/月度/季度督导报告,推动跨部门优化改进和专项提升项目落地。 5. 与服务体验团队、3PL管理团队及培训团队密切协作,针对地面发现的问题场景协同推进流程优化、培训覆盖与服务体验升级。与法务及政策团队合作,应对不断变化的法规,持续提升合规管理水平。 1. Develop and continuously refine the on-site rider supervision SOP, covering sampling inspection processes, checklists, evaluation criteria, and reward-and-penalty mechanisms.Design and implement regional sampling plans based on core metrics—customer complaint rate, customer satisfaction, rider on-time service rate, equipment compliance rate, and safety incident rate. 2. On-site inspection of the patroller work, including the rider's compliance with SOP, service language, code of conduct, dress etiquette, and safety operation, scoring, guiding, and on-site correction. 3. Ensure compliance with government and platform requirements (document verification, safety gear usage, equipment checks); support law enforcement and audits to uphold operational compliance, ensure all riders meet local labor regulations and platform safety standards. 4. Compile and analyze supervision data alongside patroller, customer and rider feedback; produce weekly, monthly and quarterly supervision reports to drive cross-departmental improvements and targeted enhancement projects. 5. Work closely with the service experience team, 3PL management team, and training team to collaboratively promote process optimization, training coverage, and service experience upgrades for problem scenarios discovered on the ground. Partnering with legal and policy teams to adapt to evolving regulations and ensure compliance with best practices.
1. Responsible for formulating the partner quality control strategy to ensure that the operational quality of partners meets the standards. 2. Take charge of establishing and optimizing the partner quality evaluation system, designing a hierarchical exit mechanism, and collaborating with frontline teams to promptly replace inferior partners. 3. Coordinate various departments such as frontline teams, assessment and pricing teams, and partner management teams to ensure that the exit process is reasonable and risks are controllable. 1.负责制定合作商质量控制策略,确保合作商运营质量达标。 2.负责建立并优化合作商质量评估体系,设计分层准出制度,联动一线团队及时完成劣质合作商的汰换。 3.协调一线团队、考核与定价团队、商管理团队等各部门,保证准出流程合理,风险可控。
