工作职责
1. Assist the supervisor in sorting out, diagnosing and optimizing end-to-end business processes, and participate in the development and update of SOPs, operation specifications and management regulations. 2. Track the implementation of standardization rules, collect frontline problems and process pain points, and provide feedback and improvement suggestions. 3. Follow up on process implementation progress, organize cross-departmental communication, and prepare meeting minutes, report materials and data records. 4. Support process pilot, promotion and training to ensure consistent, compliant and efficient business operations. 5. Complete other process operation and project execution tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Responsible for business analysis for international food delivery operations, analyzing both external and internal data to develop competitive strategies: 1 Industry Research: perform competitor and industry research based on key business development needs, define strategies and approaches, and provide substantial input 2 Competitive intelligence: collect external data, analyze and conclude insights about competition and overall market trends 3 Operational analysis: support routine operational analysis for weekly and monthly business meetings, along with related data interpretation tasks 4 Specialized analysis: conduct in-depth thematic analysis independently, leveraging business insights and internal/external perspectives to identify business challenges or opportunities 5 Executive reporting: build reports with quantitative and qualitative insights to support executive decisions
1. Responsible for the expansion and cooperation of on-the-ground merchants in Dubai, identifying potential merchant resources and promoting the implementation of cooperation. 2. Maintain existing merchant relationships to enhance merchant activity levels and deepen cooperation. 3. Gather market information and merchant feedback to assist in optimizing localized operational strategies. 4. Collaborate with the team to complete merchant signing, launch, and daily operational support work.
