工作职责
1. Assist the supervisor in sorting out, diagnosing and optimizing end-to-end business processes, and participate in the development and update of SOPs, operation specifications and management regulations. 2. Track the implementation of standardization rules, collect frontline problems and process pain points, and provide feedback and improvement suggestions. 3. Follow up on process implementation progress, organize cross-departmental communication, and prepare meeting minutes, report materials and data records. 4. Support process pilot, promotion and training to ensure consistent, compliant and efficient business operations. 5. Complete other process operation and project execution tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Define and deliver large-scale BI solutions, including data modeling, KPI standardization, and pipeline automation. • Lead migration of legacy reporting into modern AWS QuickSight and other BI platforms. • Establish and maintain data foundations for social and marketing data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance. • Conduct advanced analytics, including user behavior modeling, segmentation, and marketing campaign measurement. • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve seller journeys, marketing effectiveness, and AI agent performance. • Collaborate with marketing operation team, data engineers, product managers, SDEs, financial analysts, and data scientists to design metrics and guide business decisions. • Drive best practices in operational excellence, data quality management, and data governance. A day in the life You will define marketing BI strategy, build scalable data models and generate actionable insights that drive product, marketing, and AI initiatives. You will partner with data engineering, product, and science teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and scalable data foundations. Your work will directly influence AI-powered agents, seller engagement, and business growth.
Data Pipeline Development -Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and other relevant technologies. -Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and efficiency. Data Governance & Quality -Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures. -Establish data quality monitoring and validation processes, including data profiling, cleansing, and standardization. -Utilize data cataloging and tagging tools to improve data discoverability and usability. AI Model Support -Collaborate on data labeling and merchant tagging initiatives for AI model training. -Ensure data accuracy and consistency for model development. Business Intelligence & Visualization -Develop interactive data dashboards and reports using BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support business reviews and technical monitoring. -Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Data Support & Troubleshooting -Manage and prioritize data support requests from business and product teams. -Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency. -Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies. Data Integration -Design and build scalable data integrations to support business needs. -Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain high-volume inbound and outbound integrations. -Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

You'll make an impact by • Standard development & Optimization: Develop and maintain national, industry, and internal technical standards for electrical and automation products to ensure compliance with the latest safety and performance requirements. • Regulation & Market Monitoring: Continuously track domestic and international electrical standards, regulations, and technological trends (e.g., IEC, GB standards) and assess their impact on existing product lines. • Documentation & Training: Prepare standardization documents, test specifications, and training materials; organize internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing events. • Cross Department Collaboration: Work with the supply-chain team to ensure supplier products meet company standards; cooperate with the quality department to resolve standard-related quality issues. • Technical review & support: Serve as a technical consultant, participate in new-product R&D reviews, and provide standard compliance analysis and technical support for the sales team. • Owner for exchange with HQ Standard team regularly.
