Operational Solutions : Independently conduct industry and category-specific analyses to identify client needs. Continuously provide growth-oriented sales strategies and customized solutions for strategic accounts, taking ownership of business growth. Data-driven : Use data analysis and insights to break down targets, analyze operational data to pinpoint anomalies, uncover opportunity for business improvement and ensure strategies and solutions align with business objectives. Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders(marketing, operations, product, etc.) to integrate resources, drive the design of solution , implementation, and delivery of results. Project Management : Lead strategic account-related projects (e.g., new brand onboarding, single-brand marketing campaign, service satisfaction improvement initiatives etc.). Define project goals and plans, monitor progress and risks, conduct post-project reviews and improvements, and create showcase cases. Develop reusable operational playbooks, tools, and process mechanisms to continuously elevate strategic client operations.
Engage with others to find opportunities, understand requirements, and translate those requirements into technical solutions Devise machine learning strategies, employing established methods or crafting custom algorithms to address specific business challenges. Communicate analysis findings to non-technical business partners or executives. Research and evaluate new technologies and proven understanding of GenAI concepts and techniques, including RAG, Fine-tuning, RL, Agent, etc. Supervise operational and business metrics, detect adverse trends, recognize behavioral patterns, and respond with agile logic adjustments.

Provide product solution services to business teams in different countries to support business success. 2. Proactively identify potential opportunities and issues for the business teams through market research, user research, metric construction, and user feedback mechanism development. Drive closed-loop improvements between the product and business teams to enhance user experience. 3. • Business partner role: to work closely with business team to address their biz goal, initiatives and deliver business results, including but not limited to pricing, market & industry research, operation improvement, investment ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and special case handling. • Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities. • Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, billing team, FPA, reporting and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions. • Process optimization & continuous improvement: continuously seek opportunities to advance systematic solution and to improve operation efficiency, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively cooperate with product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan. • Support any other ad-hoc projects.
