Qualifications
必要条件 | Must-Have：
1.5年以上数据分析经验，其中2年以上团队管理经验
5+ years of data analytics experience, including 2+ years in team management.

2.精通SQL，熟悉Python/R用于数据建模与分析
Proficient in SQL; familiar with Python or R for data modeling and analysis.

3.具备数据仓库设计、ETL流程及BI工具使用经验
Hands-on experience with data warehouse design, ETL processes, and BI tools.

4.英语流利（书面与口语），可作为工作语言与国际团队高效协作
Fluent in English (written and spoken); able to use English as the primary working language for effective collaboration with international teams.

5.具备配送/即时物流/本地生活业务的数据分析经验，深刻理解配送履约链路
Demonstrated experience in data analytics within delivery, on-demand logistics, or local services; strong understanding of the end-to-end delivery fulfillment chain.
