任职要求

工作职责
1、AI-Native 应用架构设计与研发 负责 Keeta 客户端 AI-Native 功能的架构设计与全链路研发。深入理解业务场景，将 LLM、Agent、RAG 等 AI 技术以"原生"方式融入产品主干，打造智能搜索、AI 助手、智能推荐、自然语言交互等 AI-Native 体验。关注用户价值与技术可行性的平衡，确保 AI 能力真正解决用户问题。 2、AI Coding 工作流建设与推广 在团队内推动 AI-Coding 工作流的落地与演进。包括：基于 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code 等 AI 编程工具的高效使用，Prompt Engineering 与工程实践的结合，AI 驱动的代码审查与质量保障，以及 AI 工具链的自动化集成。帮助团队建立 AI 时代的开发范式，提升整体研发效能。 3、AI 技术落地与工程化 跟进 AI 技术前沿趋势，将 LLM、Agent、多模态等 AI 技术转化为稳定、高效的工程方案。负责 AI 功能的性能优化、稳定性保障、错误处理与监控体系建设，确保 AI 能力在实际业务中可靠运行。 4、技术攻坚与文化建设 在团队内逐步构建"AI-Native"的工程文化，带领团队持续学习和突破技术边界。建立 AI 应用开发的最佳实践，包括 Prompt 管理、AI 功能测试、安全与合规等体系化能力。
1. 牵头构建全球稳定性保障体系，包括多区域实时监控、容量管理、SLA/SLO 指标治理、快速响应与自愈机制，确保平台稳定运行。 2. 设计并落地跨云、跨区域的容灾架构，覆盖多活部署、数据一致性、故障切换、灾备演练，提升整体业务连续性能力。 3. 推动全球合规支撑架构的前置规划，结合中心+边缘部署思路，构建支持国别合规要求的数据本地化、访问控制、存储隔离等技术能力。 4. 建立技术演练与审计机制，覆盖故障应急响应、灾难恢复、合规检查，强化平台在极端情况下的恢复力和审计追溯能力。 5. 协同产品、安全、法务、数据等多团队，推进稳定性与合规能力平台化、标准化，提升系统能力的可复制性与可持续演进能力。 6. 理解国际化基础设施建设需求，有过 i18n（国际化）/ l10n（本地化）相关平台能力搭建经验，包括多语言、多时区、多币种、多地址体系、文化习惯等底层能力支持。
汇报上级：国家D端负责人 负责KEETA配送业务定价与调度等方向的工作，设计符合当地市场的合理定价方案与调度体系； 设计不同配送模式（众包/加盟）和不同供需市场的策略，包括定价调度策略、合作商管理策略、体验管控策略，最大化配送效率及体验，达成成本目标、促进规模增长； 完成配送模式的设计，以及对应的配送一体化方案的建设。 从0到1搭建国家履约配送策略团队，培养并激励团队；沉淀本领域专业能力，加强人才培养。
1.Assist business team on the whole financial process, formulate and optimize financial processes and rules, provide professional financial advice and promote implementation. 2.Support financial matters for new countries/cities launch, ensure smooth business-related financial processes, and control financial risks. 3.Cooperate with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules. 4.Evaluate the investment and expected return of new business, and provide financial support for business development. 5.Participate in the company's business plan related work, be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and conduct effective budget management together with the business. 6.Gain in-depth understanding of the business, work closely with business partners, establish an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identify opportunities and indicate risks. 7.Participate in the construction of financial digitalization and put forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.
1.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for KSA market; build indicator framework and monitor budget execution. 2.Financial Data Systems and Model Building: Develop the financial data infrastructure for the KSA team, and continuously build and iterate regional financial models. 3.Industry Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the Middle East sector, research market dynamics and best practices to inform business strategy and provide actionable insights.
