任职要求
1. Strong business acumen, familiar with and deeply understand the value of human resources work.
2. Solid professional skills and rich practical experience in talent recruitment, employee relationship management, Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Culture (OC), and other modules; 
3. Familiar with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree or above in a related human resources field, at least 3 years of relevant work experience; 
4. Priority given to candidates with work experience in the internet industry.
5. Possess a growth mindset and good collaboration spirit. Work in a planned, organized manner with a strong sense of structure.
6. English is required as a working language.
