1. 深入理解Keeta BAS业务战略,提供定制化的人力资源解决方案,支持业务目标达成。 2. 作为业务部门的核心合作伙伴,协助制定人才发展规划,推动组织架构优化与团队效能提升。 3. 负责招聘、绩效管理、员工关系及组织文化建设等HR模块在业务线的落地执行。 4. 识别业务痛点,主动提出HR改进建议,推动人才发展与员工体验提升。 5. 建立并维护良好的内外部沟通机制,确保HR政策与流程在业务团队中的有效实施。
【Organizational Optimization】 Assist business leaders in building an efficient organizational structure for Keeta, facilitating alignment of goals within the management team. Regularly conduct organizational diagnostics to identify key issues and challenges, and proactively follow up on solutions. 【Talent Development】 Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on the recruitment, training, development, and advancement of key talents. Provide strong talent pipeline support and help build talent succession plans for business departments. 【Culture Implementation】 Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department. Regularly organize employee engagement and care activities to communicate company philosophy and values, strengthening team cohesion and morale. 【Strategic Partnership】 Gain deep understanding of the business strategy of the international team. Participate in the entire process from strategy formulation to execution, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives. 【AI & Digital Transformation】 Proficiently leverage AI tools to build AI-driven workflows for recruitment, workforce analytics, and other HR processes to enhance efficiency and generate strategic insights. Identify roles with high AI automation potential and lead organizational transformation initiatives to future-proof the workforce. Enable teams with AI adoption capabilities and establish usage guidelines while managing organizational change and mitigating AI-related anxiety. Support employee development of uniquely human capabilities that are resistant to AI replacement.
1、作为小红书HRBP提供专业的人力资源支持 2、深入了解业务和组织运作状况,理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效推进 3、建团队:负责社区业务/研发/商业化/创新业务/职能/CQC等团队的组织搭建,协同招聘侧为组织搭建负责;根据现有团队情况,设计人员成长路径及人员培养方案,有效制定和实施人才发展计划并跟进实施 4、推业务:能够洞察组织和团队存在的问题,并应用专业理论、方法、工具,为业务团队提供全方位解决方案, 包括并不限于招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等人力资源工作,并推动方案落地 5、促文化:协助完成组织及团队氛围建设,推动公司文化的建设和业务的高速发展

1.为业务发展提供人力资源基础支持,在招聘、绩效考核、文化建设、员工关系等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施 2.定期人才盘点,关注关键人才的招聘、培养、发展和提升,包括但不限于关键岗位人才的招募、识别、发展、管理和留任 3.基于业务目标,参与并制定绩效激励计划和实施方案,制定绩效评估标准和绩效目标,为业务部门提供合理的激励建议,推动员工发展及业务目标实现 4.关注组织氛围建设,提高团队凝聚力,提高员工的稳定性 5.负责人力资源各项制度在部门的落地执行,主动与事业部管理层及员工进行多种形式的接触和有效沟通,保证信息在不同层级间的有效传递
