工作职责

1. 洞察用户配送体验需求，制定合理的体验目标，监控目标达成情况、诊断问题并推动策略迭代；
2. 深入研究巴西蓝领劳动力市场，分析运力分层与结构，制定合理的薪资标准，实现运力供给充足且成本可控的平衡；
3. 负责重点课题的专项研究与复盘，沉淀业务认知，为业务决策提供数据洞察；
4. 参与重要项目的目标制定、过程监控与效果评估，推动项目落地并拿到结果。

1.Identify user delivery experience requirements, define appropriate experience targets, monitor business performance, diagnose issues, and drive strategy iteration;
2. Conduct in-depth research on Brazil's blue-collar labor market, analyze the segmentation and structure of delivery capacity, set reasonable compensation standards, and strike a balance between sufficient capacity supply and cost control;
3. Lead deep-dive research and retrospectives on key topics, accumulate business insight, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions;
4. Participate in goal-setting, process monitoring, and impact evaluation for major projects, driving execution through to delivered results.
