任职要求
1. 计算机、软件工程相关专业，具备扎实的编程功底，具有Go/Java/Python/Javascript等任一语言开发经验（语言不限）； 2. 良好的系统设计能力，熟悉MySql、Redis、ES等存储引擎； 3. 良好的SQL以及大数据分析能力，数据驱动业务发展； 4. 责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作。 PS：表现良好者，可获得留用机会。
工作职责
负责TapTap和心动游戏平台的广告投放、营销、用户增长相关的服务端研发工作，包括不限于： 1. 广告投放管理系统、广告运营系统的设计和开发； 2. 程序化/智能化广告投放策略的设计和开发； 3. 广告转化数据链路系统中的监测、转化、归因回传系统的研发； 4. 与前端、产品、运营等团队合作完成UG用户增长目标。
