任职要求 1、计算机、数学、统计学或相关专业，具备扎实的特征工程、深度学习基础； 2、2 年以上移动广告投放或变现相关算法经验；有 IAA / 海外投放、联盟广告生态或 DSP / 竞价经验者优先； 3、熟悉常用机器学习算法（LR、GBDT、DNN、RL）、深度网络架构（wide&deep、Transformer）及深度学习框架（TensorFlow / PyTorch），有实际业务落地经验优先；有 LLM、Agent、工具调用或自动化决策系统经验者优先； 4、精通 Java / C++ / Go 至少一种在线开发语言，熟练使用 Python / SQL 进行数据处理； 5、熟练使用各类 AI 工具，具备将业务问题拆解为可落地算法方案的能力。 加分项 1、有创意优化、点击&转…
