工作描述
岗位职责：
1. 安全体系建设：负责公司数据中台及公共支持系统的网络安全防护体系设计与落地，包括入侵检测、漏洞扫描、安全加固、应急响应等。制定并推行安全规范与合规标准。
2. 团队管理：负责运维开发/数据平台团队的日常管理、工作规划、技术指导与人才培养。领导团队设计、开发并持续迭代统一的数据库运维管理平台，实现从资源申请、部署、监控、备份、优化到权限管理的全链路自动化与自助化。
3. 数据平台架构：制定公司数据库与数据存储平台的技术演进路线，主导设计高可用、可扩展、安全合规的数据架构与运维体系。
