1、2026年应届毕业生,美术及设计相关专业; 2、熟练使用Figma/Sketch等设计工具,能输出高保真交互原型和动效demo; 3、对动画延迟,像素的间距偏差、音效于震动反馈的匹配有较高的敏感度; 4、热爱休闲游戏,是《动物森友会》《星露谷物语》《合成大西瓜》等游戏的深度玩家,能清晰分析其体验设计亮点 加分项 1、有个人兴趣项目(如独立游戏原型、UI动效合集、游戏分析博客),作品集能体现你的热爱与思考。 2、了解Unity/UE引擎基础,能与程序员讨论动效实现方案 投递请附上个人作品集以及游戏经历(尤其休闲游戏、任天堂相关游戏)
工作职责
1、根据游戏风格及规范绘制出核心玩法的原画设计操作流程与反馈设计; 2、根据游戏风格及规范为界面元素(按钮、弹窗、进度条等)设计动效,让每一次点击都充满愉悦感,准确传递情绪(如轻松、惊喜、治愈); 3、与策划、美术、程序紧密合作,清晰传达动效实现需求(如缓动曲线、粒子参数),并跟进落地效果。
