任职要求
1. 集成电路/电子工程/计算机科学，本科及以上学历，本科8年/硕士5年以上相关工作经验； 2. 率领团队开发过成熟的芯片产品，并成功量产中大型SOC的经验； 3. 熟悉SOC的数字设计与集成，数字验证，FPGA原型验证、以及物理实现的完整流程； 4. 熟悉低功耗SOC设计策略和实现； 5. 熟悉SOC设计中的BOOT及安全策略； 6. 熟悉CHI，AXI4/5，AHB，APB，ACE等总线协议，代码风格规范。
工作职责
1. 参与产品的前期规格定义； 2. 根据产品定义设计符合产品需求的芯片实现架构，指导设计团队攻克芯片设计过程中的难题； 3. 负责子系统的架构定义、IP选型与实现及SoC整合； 4. 根据芯片的功能及供电策略，优化floorplan，调整芯片的集成策略； 5. 推动方法论建设，优化设计流程，以提高设计效率。
