1. 硕士或以上，⻋辆⼯程、⾃动化、软件类、电子类等相关专业 2. 3年及以上底盘电控软件开发或匹配标定经验，有实际批产项⽬经验优先 3. 熟悉整车动力和底盘系统，并具有丰富的实际驾乘经验 4. 熟悉各种整⻋CAN通信；熟悉UDS及EOL 5. 熟练掌握常⻅标定和测试⼯具，如INCA，CANape，CANoe等 6. 熟悉掌握Matlab/Simulink或C/C++，熟悉基于AutoSar架构的软件开发 7. 在Tier1开发过底盘电控系统产品优先
