工作职责
1、深入了解业务场景及动态,结合内外部实践,负责集团层制造体系薪酬体系搭建的工作; 2、进行制造体系的市场调研,统筹全集团制造体系薪酬标准; 3、关注市场薪酬变化趋势,对市场的变动趋势做出评价和判断,产出市场薪酬分析报告; 4、支持制造体系的薪酬管理动作,如调薪、年终奖方案; 5、建立短期激励管理框架、制度、系统化建设; 6、支持集团其他策略性工作。
1、负责供应制造类员工薪酬,人力相关的数据分析和跟踪管理工作,包括人工成本预算,编制,效能等,进行定期比对,撰写预算及效能分析报告; 2、参与薪酬调研工作,定期收集、分析市场数据,年度优化薪酬结构,构建薪酬体系; 3、及时了解部门和员工需求,为对应部门和员工做好薪酬政策的咨询和反馈。
作为特斯拉供应链工程师,您将与特斯拉各产品的研发、制造、质量等工程和运营部门开展深度合作,积极参与到相关零件品类的前期开发,市场的调研分析,供应商的寻源选点,零件的成本管理和供应链的运营保障工作中。您将能够获得广阔的市场视野、接触跨行业的前沿科技应用,构建和优化成本分析模型,掌握供应商管理的工具和谈判技巧,助力您成为独挡一面的供应链管理专家。 职责描述: 1. 包装类供应商开发与管理 - 负责汽车零部件包装材料(如木箱、木托盘、吸塑吹塑注塑等各类型塑料循环包装、防护材料等)的供应商开发、评估及合作关系维护。 - 定期审核供应商资质,确保其符合质量、成本、交付及环保要求。 2. 成本控制与谈判 - 制定包装采购策略,通过市场研究、基于true cost成本分析,优化采购成本,达成降本目标。 - 主导合同谈判,明确技术规格、交付周期、质量责任及违约责任条款。 3. 全生命周期管理 - 协同研发、生产、物流部门,参与包装方案设计,确保符合生产需求、运输安全及可循环性要求。 - 监控包装材料库存,制定安全库存计划,避免断料或积压风险。 4. 质量与风险管控 - 跟踪包装材料使用反馈,主导质量问题改进,推动供应商整改及索赔处理。 - 识别供应链风险(如原材料涨价、政策法规变化),制定应急预案。 5. 合规与可持续发展 - 确保采购流程符合企业合规及反贿赂政策,推动包装新技术、新材料的应用。
