- Responsible for the operation planning and strategy output of the social media community platform, and the formulation of regional cooperation plans; - Responsible for the content/users/activities/advertisements of Xiaomi's overseas social media community, and responsible for the user growth and retention of the social media community; - Participate in the operation of Xiaomi community products, assist the team to improve community products and enhance user experience; - Participate in international marketing integrated marketing communication projects, responsible for social media community communication programs and implementation;

Overview: We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel based in KSA responsible for GCC countries, as part of the growing Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. You will support the business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. Given the range of Xiaomi`s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone. This position will directly report to the Head of Xiaomi Middle East Legal & Compliance Team. The offered Position is a great opportunity to manage multiple countries with autonomy and be part of Xiaomi’s expansion in the region; The position will include the following tasks: - Legal advice and research on laws and regulations; - Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of international contracts; - Draft and localize guidelines, policies and templates; - Review of marketing material and marketing campaigns; - Communication with regulatory authorities and courtesy visits to relevant public stakeholders; - Analyze and monitor policies; - Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels; - Support in promoting the compliance program; - Liaise with the HQ legal team; - Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.
1.Store Expansion: Manage and drive the execution of market analysis, site selection, store design, renovation, and Xiaomi store operations; 2.Store Operations: Participate in setting sales targets and store establishment strategies for assigned countries, collect operational and P&L data, conduct in-depth analysis of regional and national store performance, diagnose issues, and guide business improvement; 3.
