任职要求
1.计算机、电子、数学、机器学习或者统计学相关专业，硕士以上学历； 2.精通一门或多门开发语言（C++、Python和Java等），熟练掌握常用数据结构和算法； 3.熟悉常用机器学习和数据挖掘算法，包括但不限于树模型、支持向量机、线性回归、逻辑斯谛回归以及深度学习算法； 4.了解常用大模型如Qwen,GLM，Baichuan等方法论，能够通过Prompt调优提升推理精度，并对大模型微调技术如LoRA,P-Tuning等有实践经验； 5.熟练掌握一种数据库，例如MySQL，精通SQL语言，并有实际开发经验；熟悉运用Hadoop/Spark/HBase/Hive等大数据平台工具； 6.优秀的沟通能力和表达能力，有创新精神，乐于接受挑战； 具有以下条件之一者优先： 1.有工厂算法实战经验，包括但不限于大预测类，运筹类，并取得较好的效果； 2.有图像识别相关算法实践经验的优先 3. 一周至少工作4天者优先
工作职责
1. 辅助完成AI在电动汽车智造领域的关键技术预研； 2. 参与汽车工厂侧算法项目预研，包括但不局限于基于图像的异常检测等项目，不断完善和优化算法，以技术驱动公司业务成长，体现技术价值；
