1. Assist Middle East HR to provide daily operation support, such as onboarding and resignation processing; 2. Assist Middle East HR in project work and promote implementation; 3. Assist Middle East HR to connect with Beijing headquarters to handle HR operation related work.
HR Policy Enablement & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements. Ensure HR policies are consistently applied across all business units. Regularly review work with relevant department and update HR policies to reflect changes in employment laws and best practices. HR Process Standardization & Optimization: Design, document, and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are well-integrated and operationally sound. Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation and internal mobility, etc.. Quality Controal & Employee Experience Ensure seamless execution of HR policies to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. Provide training and communication on policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers. Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to HR policies and recommend corrective actions where needed. Implement a quality audit framework to regularly assess HR operations, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements.
Process improvement: * Drives HR operation process definition, improvement, and gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with key internal stakeholders; * Identifies process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues and uses data to make fact-based decisions for process improvement; * Makes process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs; * Works with cross functional teams to ensure the development of an efficient and scalable end to end process; * Coordinates with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support the process deployment; * Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders; * Supports Process Owners in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc. Project management: * Creates, manages, and drives regional/cross-country project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques; * Drives alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring;

The Demand Planning Manager will serve as the demand planning point of contact for assigned product categories, with the responsibility of operational forecasting used as inventory and production planning inputs. You will own, shape, and refine your demand plans based on insights from key product, channel, marketing, and sales teams. Along with day-to-day operations, you will be supporting continuous improvement initiatives for automation/efficiency and establishing Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) for the end-to-end supply chain. Responsibilities: - Conduct demand planning processes for assigned product categories. This is including but not limited to generating 45+ wks demand plan, monitoring inventory levels, forecast accuracy, inventory turnovers, and aged inventory while collaborating with other departments. - Analyze trends and provide recommendations/insights/early warnings regarding forecast and adjust forecasts in a timely manner to prevent excess or shortage. - Serve as a liaison to provide needed periodic communication with headquarter (China) and internal cross-functional teams and handle escalation on production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management. - Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time-sensitive environment. - Lead and guide team members with the day-to-day operations while improving processes to increase efficiency.
