- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, policy management, or process governance within an international organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR policy frameworks, compliance, and global employment regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR SOPs and process documentation.
- Proficiency in HR technology solutions and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

工作职责


Lead the design, re-engineering, and standardization of end-to-end HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration) to maximize efficiency, scalability, and compliance. 

Partner with senior HR leadership and legal counsel to mitigate risk and ensure policy consistency across all business units. 

Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal) to ensure HR processes are seamlessly integrated and operationally sound.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure process effectiveness.

Implement and manage a comprehensive quality audit framework to regularly assess the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all HR operational activities in the managing countries.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR Operations. Manage team workload, prioritize projects, and optimize resource allocation to meet departmental goals.
