HR Policy Enablement & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements. Ensure HR policies are consistently applied across all business units. Regularly review work with relevant department and update HR policies to reflect changes in employment laws and best practices. HR Process Standardization & Optimization: Design, document, and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are well-integrated and operationally sound. Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation and internal mobility, etc.. Quality Controal & Employee Experience Ensure seamless execution of HR policies to improve employee experience and operational efficiency. Provide training and communication on policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers. Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to HR policies and recommend corrective actions where needed. Implement a quality audit framework to regularly assess HR operations, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsible for HR operations for overseas local employees and China-based expatriates, including cross-border mobility, personnel file management, implementation of non-cash benefits, and vendor management. 2. Interpret, design, and implement HR operational processes in compliance with local labor laws and group standards (e.g. employee lifecycle management from onboarding, employment to offboarding); conduct regular process audits and efficiency analyses to ensure compliance and operational excellence. 3. Lead overseas local HR operations projects, develop standardized toolkits, and continuously enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience. 4. Maintain HR system data accuracy and integrity; support overseas HR module requirement analysis and system testing, and provide local data insights to headquarters.

Continuously optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency. 4.Collect and organize human resources operation data, analyze operational effectiveness, and provide decision support to management. Through data analysis, identify potential issues and propose improvement suggestions. 5.Maintain close communication with overseas departments, the Chinese headquarters, and external partners to ensure the smooth advancement of human resources operation work. Coordinate resources and resolve issues and challenges in cross-departmental collaboration. Establishing human resources operation plans, workflows, and service standards, leading overseas human resources projects, and providing solid support for human resource management.
Position Overview As the HR and Administration lead for the Singapore office, you will be responsible for all aspects of local HR and administrative management, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office operations. You will work closely with the headquarters and global HRC team to ensure the effective implementation of organizational and talent strategies that support sustainable business growth in the region. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead local recruitment and talent acquisition efforts according to business plans, ensuring hiring efficiency and talent quality. 2. Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, promote cross-department collaboration, and foster a positive and efficient work environment. 3. Collaborate with the global HR team to organize onboarding, training, and professional development programs to enhance employee capability and business understanding. 4. Provide insights on local compensation and benefits trends, offer recommendations to maintain competitiveness while ensuring alignment with budget and company policies. 5. Implement and continuously optimize local HR and administrative policies and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. 6. Support regional or country management on workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and motivation initiatives. 7. Oversee office administration and operations, ensuring a well-functioning and employee-friendly workplace environment.
Responsibilities: • responsible for counseling the business operations in Germany and the UK, by giving pro-active, professional, competent, cost effective and creative legal support. • bring negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple teams of HONOR Western Eu-rope region in a rapidly scaling business. • collaborate with HONOR Western Europe regional and local (Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, France, etc.) business leaders as well as with supporting areas (Finance, Admin& HR) advising on legal risks, business strategies, compliance, and regulatory issues. • You will be required to work independently as well as part of various teams and take on projects in addition to the daily day job.
