任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历;
2. 中文和英语可作为工作语言,掌握第三门语言优先;
3. 具有海外HR运营经验,具备海外人力体系搭建或项目管理经验者优先;
4. 熟悉当地劳动法律法规,成功处理过海外劳动纠纷或合规审计案例者优先;
5. 具备多元文化团队协作经验,强沟通能力和结构化思维能力,注重细节和结果,能协同内外部高效推进项目。
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Chinese and English can be used as working languages, and mastering a third language is preferred;
3. Experience in overseas HR operations, overseas human resource system building or project management is preferred;
4. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, and those who have successfully handled overseas labor disputes or compliance audit cases are preferred;
5. Experience in multicultural teamwork, strong communication skills and structured thinking skills, attention to details and results, and the ability to coordinate internal and external parties to efficiently promote projects.
工作职责
1. 负责海外属地员工及中国外派员工的HR运营工作,涵盖跨境调动、档案管理、非现金福利落地、供应商管理等 ; 2. 解读并设计落地符合当地法规及集团标准的HR运营流程(如入职-在岗-离职全生命周期管理),定期开展流程审计与效率分析,推动流程的合规与高效; 3. 牵头海外属地HR人力运营项目,输出标准化工具包,不断提升人力运营效率与用户体验; 4. 维护HR系统数据,保障数据完整性,支持海外模块需求分析及功能测试,为总部提供本地数据洞察支持。 1. Responsible for the HR operations of overseas employees and Chinese expatriates, including cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits, supplier management, etc.; 2. Interpret and design HR operation processes that comply with local regulations and group standards (such as onboarding-on-the-job-departure full life cycle management), conduct regular process audits and efficiency analysis, and promote process compliance and efficiency; 3. Lead overseas HR human resource operation projects, output standardized toolkits, and continuously improve human resource operation efficiency and user experience; 4. Maintain HR system data, ensure data integrity, support overseas module demand analysis and functional testing, and provide local data insight support for the headquarters.

Implementation of the group’s human resources policies and procedures overseas locally; 4. Initiate and lead overseas human resources projects and continuously improve human resources operations; 5. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
