工作职责
1. 協助運營同仁，将产品方案落地，包括但不限于方案策划、文案撰写、页面跟进、图片设计、效果跟踪等； 2. 與運營同仁共同研討小米产品的运营方案、推广策略、销售规划，完成流量及销售目标； 3. 综合内容、市场、销售部门的反馈，高效的输出运营策划方案、产品文案； 4. 协助策划活动方案，关注平台及市场动向，快速调整运营策略，利用活动提高用户活跃度、拉新量； 5. 挖掘运营数据、用户数据，进行多维度分析，提供消费需求导向，提高用户留存与复购。

Job Responsibilities 1.Ensure the daily normal operation of the warehouse, guarantee the stable operation of personnel and equipment, communicate with upstream about the arrival time and quantity of goods, reasonably arrange daily production resources in the warehouse, and ensure warehouse productivity. 2.Sort out warehouse operation processes and specifications, manage warehouse production data in detail, plan warehouse production operation space, and promote the efficiency optimization of suppliers. 3.Collate and monitor daily production data, conduct statistical reporting and follow up on abnormalities, and complete the closing of all abnormalities on the same day. 崗位職責： 1、保證倉內每日正常運營，確保人員、設備穩定運轉，與上游溝通貨物到倉時間和量級，合理安排每日倉內生產資源，保障倉內產能 2、梳理倉內操作流程和規範，細緻化管理倉內生產數據，規劃倉內生產作業空間，推動供應商效率優化 3、整理和監控每日生產數據，進行統計播報和異常跟進，當日完成所有異常收尾
