任职要求
1、学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数学与应用数学、统计学、数据科学等相关专业，大三及以上在校学生优先； 2、专业技能：具备扎实的算法研究与学习基础，熟悉机器学习、深度学习等领域基本算法原理； 对大模型（如 GPT、LLaMA、qwen、文心一言等）有一定了解，且有实际实践经验（如参与大模型微调、应用开发、prompt 工程等项目优先）； 3、熟练掌握 Python 或 Shell 编程语言，能够独立运用语言完成数据处理、脚本开发、简单工具搭建等任务； 4、具备较强的数据敏感性，能够快速识别数据规律、发现数据异常，并基于数据进行初步分析与判断； 5、主动性强，能主动发现问题、推进任务进展，无需过多督促即可高效完成工作；具备强烈的 owner 意识，能够跟进任务全流程并确保成果质量； 6、拥有良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力及快速学习能力，能快速适应团队工作节奏与业务需求； 实习要求： 保证连续实习 3 个月及以上，每周可实习 4 天及以上，能尽快到岗者优先。
工作职责
1、跟踪大模型算法领域前沿技术动态，调研并梳理输出技术分析要点； 2、结合具体业务场景需求，推进大模型的训练、微调及参数优化，提升模型适配性； 3、针对模型应用或业务落地中的问题精准分析，提出切实可行的解决方案并参与论证； 4、全流程跟进业务落地进度与实际效果，监测算法表现并持续迭代优化策略。
