3+ years of TikTok content creation and operation experience with deep understanding of TikTok platform ecosystem, algorithm logic, and content trends.
Native-level English proficiency with fluent communication skills in Chinese and Malay, capable of seamless collaboration with the China team.
Excellent TikTok content creation abilities, familiar with platform-specific filming techniques and editing styles.
Understanding of TikTok platform ecosystem and viral content creation logic.
Sharp digital intuition with ability to quickly capture global and Malaysian TikTok trending memes, challenges, and popular elements.
Familiar with 3C digital and technology industries; experience in consumer electronics TikTok marketing preferred.
Experience in 0-to-1 incubation of TikTok personal IP or brand official accounts preferred.

Responsible for TikTok content creation for Xiaomi Malaysia, developing short video content that aligns with Xiaomi’s brand tone while incorporating local characteristics. Execute the complete production workflow from topic planning, scriptwriting, storyboarding to filming and editing. Optimize content strategies and filming/editing approaches based on platform engagement and data feedback to continuously improve views, engagement rates, and follower growth.

1. Develop and execute a creative social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with Keeta’s brand objectives and tone of voice. 2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (static, video, stories, and reels) tailored for different audiences. 3. Plan and oversee the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing. 4. Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach. 5. Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and proactively build a loyal following. 7. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with WorldFirst's brand identity, ensuring all content produced across various channels consistently reflects the brand's voice, values, and messaging, while also managing the creation and distribution of that content to engage the target audience and achieve marketing goals. ● Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive message house and content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and brand strategy. Identify target audiences and tailor content to their needs and interests. Research and analyze industry trends to inform content strategy. ● Content Creation and Management: Generate engaging content across various formats including brand content, product content, tutorials, customer stories, etc to communicate brand messages. ● Content calendar management: Planning and scheduling content releases across different platforms to maximize reach and engagement. ● Content optimization: Ensuring content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and relevant to the target audience. ● Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Working closely with social, KOL, paid, website, and PR to integrate brand messaging across all initiatives, and maximize the value of content created. ● Performance analysis and reporting: Tracking key metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
