工作职责
1. 产品规划:深度洞察海外汽车市场(北美、欧洲、东南亚等)销服业务痛点,结合当地政策法规、用户习惯,制定销服系统的全球化产品战略、 roadmap 及版本规划 2. 全链路产品设计:主导销服系统核心模块设计,包括但不限于:线索管理、订单履约、交付管理、售后工单等,确保系统覆盖 “销售 - 交付 - 售后” 全流程,满足 B 端与 C 端的双重需求。 3. 跨团队协同推进:联动研发、海外市场、合规等团队,明确产品需求优先级,确保产品按时高质量交付;同时收集海外一线反馈,持续优化产品体验。 4. 合规管理:确保系统符合当地数据安全法规及行业合规标准。

1. Quality Mangement System Development & Optimization - Establish quality management processes for overseas intelligent cockpit projects, covering the full lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, construct, verification, validation and delivery. - Define project-specific quality goals for global deployment initiatives. 2. End-to-End Quality Control - Monitor the entire development process, identify non-compliances, and trace issue closure. - Drive quality reviews of software deliverables at key milestones (e.g., PRD, architecture design documents, interfaces, codes, test strategy/cases) to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Identify safety and quality risks, develop corrective/preventive actions, and track implementation effectiveness. 3. Compliance & Localization Adaptation - Ensure software compliance with target market regulations: - EU: UNECE R155 (Cybersecurity), R156 (OTA Updates), GDPR (User Data Privacy), etc. - Drive localized quality validation for HMI systems (e.g., regional adaptability of voice recognition, navigation). 4. Data-Driven Improvement - Build real-time software quality dashboards (tracking requirement change rate, defect distribution, field failure rate, etc.) and publish quality reports to drive R&D improvements. - Lead root cause analysis and retrospective meetings for continuous quality enhancement.
