1. Assist the Purchasing Manager in collecting supplier information and completing basic preparations such as RFIs and RFQs; 2. Responsible for daily tracker maintenance; 3. Responsible for organizing stake holders to carry out supplier fulfillment management and performance evaluations; 4. Independently carry out non-core procurement projects;
-Responsible for international business procurement categories (mainly services and materials) sourcing, negotiation, contracting and suppliers management; -Implement category and sourcing strategy; -Understand supply and demand market, category supply market, cost structure, research on project/categories basis; -Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis, set up and renew cost model; -Cooperate with cross functions to support innovative projects proceed; -Have an insight into innovation and new supplier development to deliver expected saving on the basis of total supply chain cost, demand management as well; -Design the appropriate business flow to support cross functions and cross countries, to mitigate the significant operation risk.

1. Taking care of Indirect Procurement of Xiaomi Indonesia, includes but not limited to Marketing, Retail and Administration Category, continuously optimizing procurement procedure and policy; 2. Setting up qualified supplier pool for each category, making sure all demands are able to be executed on time & on target, continuously optimizing efficiency, cost and quality, ensuring the success of the business; 3. Making procurement strategy of each category for Indonesia Market, continuously raise the percentage of frame contract coverage, running the overall procedure From Demand To Pay, avoiding the compliance risk; 4. Taking care of frame contract bidding, promoting the practice of Frame Contract + PO, setting up long term relationship with excellence supplier, enhancing the procurement efficiency and service level; 5. Take responsibility as an international business partner, deep-diving into stakeholder’s business and making good demand management, resource plan, continuously raising stakeholder’s satisfaction rate toward procurement.

You’ll make an impact by • To be responsible for driving regional commodity management, strategy management and supplier development for assigned commodity of indirect material • Regional annual cost saving target fulfillment with main strategic driver, like regional tender/RFQ, negotiation, and optimization project etc. • Design and organize tender, supplier day, negotiation, and finalize the frame and individual agreements and price • Trigger the sustainability and digitalization initiatives within the category • Manage supplier relationships, collaborate with regional business partners to align demands, requirements, build relationships and improve supplier performance • Analyzing and calculating independently market report, procurement cost, and business demands to develop proper strategies and corresponding action plan • To be responsible for tender implementation and dealing with complaints and escalation from business partners
