任职要求
1. 计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程等相关专业在读硕士/博士研究生，博士优先
2. 在以下至少一个方向有扎实的研究基础：
- 多模态大模型（LLM/VLM/MLLM）
- 计算机视觉（检测、分割、视觉理解）
- 智能体（Agent、规划、决策、强化学习）
3. 熟练掌握 Python 及主流深度学习框架（PyTorch 等），具备独立完成实验的能力
