工作内容： 1. 负责仪表板系统电器功能件的产品开发工作，如滑动CNSL、电动出风口、电动升降杯托、屏幕运动机构等其他电器功能件的开发； 2. 负责主导完成仪表板系统电器功能件的数据开发工作，包括造型可行性分析，不同阶段工程数据制作等； 3. 负责主导完成仪表板系统电器功能件的零件开发工作，包括制作SOR包，评审供应商技术方案，支持采购定点，管控零件模具开发和产品制作过程，确保按时交样； 4. 负责主导仪表板系统电器功能件产品的装车和质量问题解决工作； 5. 负责主导仪表板系统电器功能件产品开发的know how和设计指导文件； 6. 负责牵头分析用户场景，将产品定义转化为具体的、可执行的系统级需求（性能、功能、可靠性、成本） 7.负责电器功能件的机电系统架构设计，制定技术方案，并主导方案评审 8.负责电动机构（如丝杠、蜗轮蜗杆等）的精密传动设计、3D建模、2D图纸输出及公差分析。 9.负责电机等电子元器件的选型、布置与结构集成设计,参与电控系统开发，确保其与机械结构的匹配性 10.负责对开发过程中出现的各类机电耦合问题（如异响、卡滞、定位不准、过热等）进行根本原因分析，并推动解决方案的落地

The Role As a production Engineer of the IP & Console Team in Tesla’s Vehicle Engineering Group, you will be responsible for Release and launch of IP & Console systems for current M3/Y planned production and also lead future Tesla vehicle product lines. You will be part of the team that creates and executes world-class interiors in terms of form, function, and luxury. Commodities of particular importance include IP, Console, X Car Beam, and the integration of these commodities into the vehicle. You will utilize your expertise in one or more of these commodities and develop as a full vehicle engineer – in house designing and delivering IP & Console system rather than just components as you work with a lean and agile team of the best automotive engineers in the industry. You will report to the Engineering Manager of IP & Console Systems. Core Responsibilities Along with Tesla’s vehicle engineering team, you will release and launch IP and Console components and subsystems which are aligned with program product profile with responsibilities that include: Provide inputs on early surface development (Class A) to ensure Fit/finish, functionality, durability and feasibility Lead end-to-end design and development of IP & Console kinematic parts, ensuring alignment with Tesla specifications and timelines Achieve customer-driven interior system targets for luxury, function, cost and weight Participate in the iterative process with the Tesla design/styling studio to deliver the optimal balance of form vs. function vs. cost Implement processes and quality to achieve world class execution of automotive interior craftsmanship and fit & finish Support in design optimization with the appropriate analytical and physical assessments You will Utilize DFSS methodologies as appropriate during the design, validation and launch of current and new programs. You will interpret CAE simulation results and integrate recommendations into product design You will collaborate with key interior suppliers and support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events You will collaborate with cross functional teams within the Tesla Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement groups to ensure interior system manufacturing and assembly feasibility and serviceability You will be responsible for utilizing product engineering processes such as DFMEA and technical documentation Responsible for Validation Plan creation and execution of Interior Components and Follow up with suppliers regarding system/part level validation Follow up on Jig/fixture creation/validation for interior components Analyze Field Reliability data of current programs to improve Interior Reliability through design/process/manufacturing changes Interact and coordinate component/system Validation with Reliability Team and Testing group Key Skills and

一、信息整理与BOM维护 1.负责收集、整理并更新目标市场的汽车内饰相关法规标准（如E-mark、REACH、ELV等），建立法规信息台账 2.协助维护内饰仪表板、软硬饰、座椅系统零部件BOM结构，确保数据准确性与版本可控 3.跟踪法规动态，及时预警可能影响项目开发的法规变更 二. 竞品对标与技术体系信息维护 1.参与竞品车型仪表板、软硬饰、座椅系统系统拆解与分析，整理零部件清单、材料工艺、结构特征等信息 2.协助建立并维护竞品对标数据库，输出对标分析报告 3.协助整理技术体系文档（设计指南、Checklist、失效案例库等），推进知识沉淀 三. 项目开发助理支持 协助组织项目会议，负责会议纪要编写与待办事项跟踪 跟进项目开发计划，协助收集并整理各节点的交付物 支持团队日常事务性工作，如文档归档、样件管理、供应商沟通协助等
