岗位职责： 1、负责面向开发者的 AI Coding Agent 后端：会话编排、工具调用、多 Agent 协作、任务状态机、流式输出与长任务可靠执行； 2、设计并落地 Agent Runtime（沙箱、权限、配额、重试/回放、可观测性），支撑 Coding Agent 稳定跑通「读代码 → 改代码 → 验证 → 交付」； 3、建设搜推能力闭环：索引与召回、粗排/精排、个性化与上下文感知推荐，服务代码片段、知识库、插件、模板、项目资产等场景； 4、打通「检索 / 推荐 → Agent 决策 → 工具执行 → 结果回流」链路，把搜推信号做成 Agent 可调用的能力，而不是孤立中台； 5、负责核心 API / 事件…
