任职要求
1、2026届本科，计算机/软件工程等相关专业； 2、技术基础：熟悉Windows、Linux系统及Shell/Python脚本，了解TCP/IP协议及网络抓包工具（Wireshark/tcpdump），了解数据库基础知识； 3、游戏素养：至少深度体验过1款以上网络游戏; 4、需提前实习，可长期实习者优先。
工作职责
1、参与游戏服务器集群的部署维护，包括版本更新、热修复及灰度发布支持； 2、监控游戏服务器运行状态 ，协助处理突发故障； 3、维护游戏数据库（MySQL/SqlServer），执行数据备份及日志分析； 4、协助开发运维工具链（自动化部署/监控告警系统）； 5、配合运营团队处理玩家反馈的技术问题。
