工作描述
岗位职责： 1.负责小游戏后端整体架构设计与演进，主导技术选型（TypeScript / Node.js 技术栈）、核心模块与公共服务建设； 2.负责核心后端系统开发：账号登录、支付充值、排行榜、社交互动、实时对战等； 3.深度对接微信小游戏 / 抖音小游戏开放平台服务端 API（登录态校验、支付回调、客服消息、订阅消息等），保障数据安全与平台合规； 4.主导高并发、高可用架构设计，构建性能优化、容灾降级与监控告警体系，对线上稳定性负责； 5.负责服务端性能优化：热点缓存、数据库分库分表、消息队列、异步化改造等； 6.制定后端开发规范、代码评审机制、CI/CD 发布流程与自动化测试体系； 7.带领后端团队，负责招聘面试、人才培养、技术分享与绩效考核； 8.与前端…
