任职要求
1. 人工智能、计算机视觉、计算机图形学和计算机科学等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 掌握一门编程语言c/c++/C#/python，掌握常用的数据结构和算法，具有较强的算法实现能力； 3. 熟悉至少一种深度学习框架TensorFlow/pytorch/caffe； 4. 熟悉常见的机器学习、深度学习的算法和网络结构； 5. 踏实专注，有较好的问题解决能力和团队精神； 6. 有目标检测、姿态估计等相关经验的优先； 7. 有深度学习模型部署优化/模型加速经验优先。
工作职责
1、参与图像匹配/图像分类算法的研发与设计，包括特征提取、相似度计算、分类模型构建等核心技术模块的算法优化与性能提升； 2、参与目标检测/目标追踪算法的研发与设计，涵盖单目标及多目标检测、实时跟踪、遮挡处理等关键技术的算法实现与优化； 3、参与运动员人体姿态估计算法的研发与设计，负责关键点检测、动作识别、姿态分析等算法模块的开发与迭代优化； 4、基于海量自有数据，负责对应模块深度学习模型的搭建、训练、调优等全流程迭代工作，持续提升模型精度和泛化能力，确保算法在实际应用场景中的稳定性和有效性； 5、参与相应项目中的新技术方案调研、评估和适配性改进工作，跟踪前沿技术发展趋势，评估新算法的可行性并推动技术创新在业务中的落地应用。
