Responsibility - Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy across channels. - Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with international audiences. - Community Building: Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building a loyal online community. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep our strategy fresh and relevant. - Email Marketing: Support email marketing efforts by aligning social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Manage brand social media channels with the creation and execution of clear and effective strategic plans. - Coordinate with user and influencer communities on social media to amplify reach and engagement. - Develop and execute robust social campaign and content plans aligned with company's marketing goals. - Monitor and analyze channel data to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions to optimize channel performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives. - Keep updated with the newest platform algorithm and adapt to it accordingly.
1. Support communications on the corporate and product/business level to better tell the company's story to a global audience including crafting key messages and narratives; develop written materials such as pitches, press releases, presentations, social media posts, among others; 2. Build and expand relations with key stakeholers including reporters/editors from key media outlets as well as KOLs, to enhance their understanding of the company and its businesses; support inquiry and issue handling; 3. Interact with cross-functional teams including different business units and provide informed advice; 4. Project manage key corporate communications initiatives and support other ad-hoc projects.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our brand values and target demographics. - Spearhead influencer collaboration execution, including negotiating contracts, coordinating content creation, and analyzing performance. - Monitor trends in Korean Tech/Videography, Motorcycle/Cycling, Lifestyle/Outdoor market and influencer practices to ensure our approaches remain innovative and culturally relevant. - Collaborate with team to integrate influencer marketing with broader campaigns and goals. - Develop a deep understanding of our products and brand message to ensure coherence and authenticity in influencer partnerships.
