1. Support communications on the corporate and product/business level to better tell the company's story to a global audience including crafting key messages and narratives; develop written materials such as pitches, press releases, presentations, social media posts, among others; 2. Build and expand relations with key stakeholers including reporters/editors from key media outlets as well as KOLs, to enhance their understanding of the company and its businesses; support inquiry and issue handling; 3. Interact with cross-functional teams including different business units and provide informed advice; 4. Project manage key corporate communications initiatives and support other ad-hoc projects.

Mission Tax Specialist ensures a complete end-to-end process of monthly tax filing for project-based inbound delegation to China, as well as annual tax filing for long-term delegation to meet the overall compliance with internal and external rules and legislation. You’ll make an impact by • Drive an end-to-end process of monthly tax return (shadow payroll) for project-based delegation to China, as well as annual tax return for long-term inbound and outbound delegation. • Clarification on local IIT related issues with internal and external parties, e.g. delegate, BU manager, tax service provider etc. • Act as a local interface with Siemens overseas entities, timely provide IIT consultation on local processes, regulations and practice for project-based delegation to China. • Coordination on tax payment with related departments, prepare supporting documents as well as follow the internal cost allocation process in a timely manner. • Monitor external tax provider’s performance according to KPI and aligned processes, to ensure the service quality and efficiency. • Prepare country monthly/annual tax filing documents (e.g. remuneration breakdown) and support consultants in administrative works. • Handle billing invoices from tax service provider and make cost allocation accordingly.

This role is execution-focused and centers on content development, brand consistency, and coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys turning existing messaging into compelling content, supporting launches, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across teams and regions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand & Content Execution - Develop and adapt brand-aligned messaging, narratives, and communications assets across owned and shared channels - Support product launches and brand initiatives through content creation, press materials, FAQs, and messaging toolkits - Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across communications 2. About the Role We are looking for an AI Product Specialist/ Manager to join our Marketing Product team and drive the application of AI technologies across Trip.com’s global marketing ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying AI innovation opportunities, supporting key external AI partnerships, and driving the integration of advanced AI capabilities (e.g., agentic booking, AI content collaboration) into our marketing products and workflows. This is an excellent role for someone who is curious, proactive, passionate about AI, and eager to grow into a more senior AI product role. 1. AI-driven Marketing Product Innovation - Monitor the latest AI trends, LLM advancements, and industry applications, translating them into feasible marketing product opportunities. - Identify and evaluate AI-driven improvement areas across ad creatives, marketing automation, landing pages, content generation, QA workflows, and performance optimization. - Work with product managers and engineers to prototype, test, and launch AI features in marketing products. 2. External AI Partnerships & Collaboration - Support key AI collaboration initiatives with global partners (e.g., Google, Meta, OpenAI, TikTok, etc.). - Assist in driving strategic projects including: - Google Agentic Booking integration - AI-driven content collaboration with media partners - AI-powered search, recommendations, or marketing workflow enhancements - Coordinate alignment between internal product/engineering teams and external partner teams, ensuring smooth project execution. 3.
