Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to support conferencing product’s business goals, ensuring strong media coverage across platforms (e.g., print, digital, broadcast, podcast). Manage media budgets and ensure all campaigns are executed effectively within allocated resources. Support both B2C and B2B media outreach, by positioning the products in the audio-visual, enterprise communication, IT, and video conferencing spaces. Build and maintain strong relationships with global media outlets, PR agencies, AV industry publications, analysts, and relevant B2B platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses. Craft and pitch press releases, case studies, op-eds, media kits, and other communication materials to secure earned media placements. Represent Insta360 at media events and local industry activities; preference for candidates located in the U.S. to facilitate in-person engagement.
1. Policy Research and Compliance Management: Conduct in-depth research on overseas employment policies and ensure compliance, assisting overseas entities/businesses in devising localized employment strategies and implementing systematic, compliant workforce management practices. 2. HR Consultancy and Communication Support: Provide daily consultancy to HRGs on employee relations matters, offering solutions and facilitating communications to address various issues effectively. 3. Implementation of HR Compliance Audits: Lead HR compliance audits, promptly identifying potential risk points in employment practices. Continuously refine and enhance the existing employee relations management system, policies, and processes. 4. Knowledge Sharing and Policy Adaptation: Document best practices and closely monitor developments in employee relations regulations within designated regions, ensuring organizational policies align with local requirements. 5. Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Establish global emergency response systems and procedures, manage crisis incidents, and follow up on risk events to optimize and improve response mechanisms and processes.
We are seeking a professional Brand and Content Manager to join our global marketing team in Shanghai, China. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with WorldFirst's brand identity, ensuring all content produced across various channels consistently reflects the brand's voice, values, and messaging, while also managing the creation and distribution of that content to engage the target audience and achieve marketing goals. ● Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive message house and content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and brand strategy. Identify target audiences and tailor content to their needs and interests. Research and analyze industry trends to inform content strategy. ● Content Creation and Management: Generate engaging content across various formats including brand content, product content, tutorials, customer stories, etc to communicate brand messages. ● Content calendar management: Planning and scheduling content releases across different platforms to maximize reach and engagement. ● Content optimization: Ensuring content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and relevant to the target audience. ● Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Working closely with social, KOL, paid, website, and PR to integrate brand messaging across all initiatives, and maximize the value of content created. ● Performance analysis and reporting: Tracking key metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
