1. Find New Partnerships: Identify and pursue new brand partnerships that align with Insta360's global strategy. 2. Create Partnership Plans: Develop and implement strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales in key markets. 3. Negotiate & Execute Agreements: Handle contract negotiations, ensuring clear terms and goals for both Insta360 and partners. 4. Maximize ROI: Ensure partnerships are profitable and strengthen long-term relationships while maintaining brand integrity. 5. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure partnership efforts support Insta360’s business and marketing goals. 6. Build Strong Relationships: Foster ongoing relationships with brand partners to ensure successful, long-lasting partnerships. 7. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or opportunities that arise. 8. Manage Expectations and communicate regularly with partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership programs. 9. Leverage partnerships to support key product launches and sales campaigns. 10. Monitor and report on partnership performance using metrics like engagement, reach, and sales to ensure goals are met. 11. Provide regular updates on partnership success and share recommendations for improvements. 12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, using insights to identify potential new partners. 13.Secure events opportunities and work with our Events team to implement. 14.Support Enterprise Partnerships: Help develop strategies for emerging markets and support high-level partnerships with case studies.

1. Strategic Account Management & Growth Cultivate and expand relationships within assigned key accounts, using existing contacts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop account plans that align with clients’ business goals and SenseTime's vision. 2. Presales Leadership & Solution Design Architect and execute presales strategies that support SenseTime’s sales targets and strategic direction Drive discovery workshops, perform technical/business need assessment, and shape custom AI solutions. Deliver compelling demos, proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and presentations to enterprise clients. 3. Proposal & Response Development Author persuasive proposal materials, decks, and technical documentation tailored to client requirements. Lead RFP/RFI submissions and collaborate with sales to ensure messaging matches client value drivers . 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between customer needs, proposed solutions, and execution plans. Act as SenseTime’s subject-matter expert at forums, internal events, and external client engagements. 5. Market Intelligence & Positioning Monitor trends in AI, computer vision, and industry-specific domains. Provide insights into competitive landscapes and pricing positioning
