Qualifications
1. Final-year student or recent graduate in film/TV production, media production, communications, marketing, advertising, project management, or a related field; equivalent coursework, portfolio, or practical experience may be considered.
2. Strong interest in content production and in serving internal marketing stakeholders.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
4. Clear written and verbal communication skills; working proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
5. Basic understanding of production workflows across pre-production, shoot, and post-production.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/After Effects, or review platforms is a plus.
7.  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and interact professionally with vendors, talent, and internal stakeholders.
8. Proactive, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure; willing to support on-set or off-site work and flexible hours when required.
9.  Able to accept direction, follow escalation rules, and communicate risks early.
