• Act as a main bridge between the VFX team and other departments(Art, Design, Engineering, Production) • Managing the VFX production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of assets with high quality • Track progress using project management tools(e.g., Jira, Shotgrid, Confluence) • Coordinate daily or weekly reviews and facilitate clear feedback loops between leads and artists • Support outsourcing pipeline if third-party vendors are involved • Identify risks and bottlenecks early; provide solutions or escalate to stakeholders when needed • Help maintain team morale and productivity through empathetic, organized leadership
- Responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of in-house video productions including sourcing talent and crew for the productions, planning locations, timelines, coordinating with in-house creative teams to build scripts and shot lists, creating shoot schedules and working closely with our our editing teams during post production. - Video productions will include product launch videos, showcase videos, seasonal sales campaign videos, tutorials, branding videos, event recap videos and more. - Align with internal media and product marketing teams in advance of each production to ensure key product selling points and shot requirements are met and included in production materials - Track and manage projects within the allocated budget - Internalize the entire Insta330 product line and all product features. Become an expert in Insta360 products. - Maintain constant communication with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all projects. - Supervise any external contractors or agencies to ensure the video project quality is delivered up to company expectations. - Provide inspirational research for video projects such as new locations, talent and other creative ideas - Work with in-house creative team to brainstorm new video concepts and series - Track all project budgets, project output and manage data to help executive leadership team understand effectiveness and scalability of video production efforts. - Support other areas of marketing when needed such as attending offline events, demos for important media/partners and social media management. - Report directly to VP, Marketing & Business Development
We're looking for an optimistic, results-oriented and thoughtful individual to join Insta360. This role will be focused on managing and producing video campaigns through conception, producing, shooting and editing and reporting Responsibilities: • Responsible for the conception of brand and product promotional videos, commercials, creative short films, etc.; • Participate in the planning of the video, cooperate with the completion of the script and storyboard production; • Responsible for the on-site video shooting, or cooperate with the supplier team to shoot; • Responsible for following up the post-production process, checking the entire video logic, rhythm, music, etc., to ensure the overall style and packaging effect of the film.
1. Lead the execution of BG/ BL/ GL series production, set up/ handle administrative tasks. 2. Research/ analyze and evaluate high-potential content in local and global markets. 3. Ensure successful project management on numerical targets, including profit. 4. Facilitate cross-functional communication and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with creatives & partners to find solutions for executing short-form, fast-paced content on tight timelines and within budget • Develop and implement effective production strategies for diverse shooting locations, crew sizes, and production types • Oversee post production process, including routing cuts for approval to various partners, managing accessibly requirements, and QC of final deliverables • Lead regular production-related project meetings (kick-offs, status, finance, reviews, etc), and communicates action steps and updates to the broader team • Ensure all deliverables are completed to the highest level of quality, meeting creative expectations in balance with strategic objectives • Partner with BA and legal to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clearance of assets • Validate line item production budgets and schedules from vendors
