Lead company's logistics planning & optimization blueprint design,  Make department work projects and plans,  work with logistics team to complete the delivery and implementation of key projects主导制定公司物流规划&优化蓝图，制定部门工作项目及计划，与物流团队共同完成关键项目的交付及落地 2. Use lean management tools and digital management tools, led the team to complete the planning and implementation of planning logistics, intra-logistics, material packaging, logistics system and other related optimization topics结合精益管理工具及数字化管理工具，带领团队完成计划物流、内部物流，材料包装，物流信息化等相关规划及优化方案制定和实施. a. Warehouse capacity planning and equipment selection ( Normal warehouse, high warehouse, etc.) 物流仓库存储能力规划及设备选型（平库，高位库等） b. Definition of internal material feeding concept (Kanban, delivery by order, etc.)内部物料配送物流方式的定义（看板、按单配送等） c. Participate technical communication with Siemens central function, promote excellent logistics cases of the factory, communicate with business department to evaluate the excellent cases of other factories and then introduce them to the factory . 与西门子总部技术团队一起参与工厂技术交流，推广工厂优秀物流案例并针对其它工厂的优秀案例与业务部门沟通评估后引入工厂.

1. 负责海外行政团队的建设和管理，确保团队工作高效、有序。 2. 建立和完善公司海外行政管理制度和流程标准，确保各项工作顺利开展。 3. 负责公司海外行政工作平台的规划、建设和管理，保障各项工作的合规和效率。 4. 负责海外办公室空间规划、选址租赁、工程建设、服务运营（办公物料采购、环境、餐饮、车辆、住宿、资产管理）和安全管理等工作，并为交付结果负责。 5. 协同业务和各职能团队，支持其他行政相关工作。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the development and management of the overseas administrative team, ensuring the team's work is efficient and orderly. 2. Establish and improve the company's overseas administrative management system and process standards to ensure the smooth progress of all work. 3. Plan, build, and manage the overseas administrative operations platform to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency. 4. Responsible for overseas office space planning, site selection and leasing, engineering construction, service operation (office material procurement, facility management, catering, vehicles, accommodation, asset management), and safety management, and responsible for delivering results. 5. Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to support other administrative-related tasks.

1.负责持续研发产线的质量管理，确保研发过程符合质量标准。落实“shift left”方针，即在产品开发早期阶段就引入质量控制，包括过程控制、偏差管理和研发质量门（R&D QG system）的实施。 2.新产品转移量产质量管控:MRR (manufacturing readiness review),defense line setup, transfer quality system setup 3.跨厂运营质量管理：管理跨厂业务的卸载（offload）、统计过程控制（SPC）、片上比较（OCC）和扇出（Fanout）等流程，同步流程与缩短跨厂运行差距。

1. 参与新产品的工艺验证,工艺量测的制定和管理, 设计开发工艺制程量测方案； 2. 配合新工艺开发需要，评估，导入新设备；本土化设备导入及应用开发提升； 3. 量测方案的改善以及优化,确保产线数据的真实,服务于产品工艺改善与良率提升； 4. 量测数据以及SPC相关异常事件及时侦测，寻找root cause, 并推动改善； 5. 运用统计学方法数据分析，优化量测数据分析系统,强化数据关联性,推动其智能化； 6. 协调跨部门合作，与PE部门合作，转移新量测技术，确保成功量产。
